Output Not Valuable

The bot runs fine and produces things you never read. Fix the format and the filter, not the schedule.

An unread report is worse than no report: it trains you to ignore the channel, and then real signal dies with it. The fix is almost never “more detail” — it’s a tighter filter and a shorter format.

Restore in this order: (1) cap the format — N items, M bullets, one link each; (2) add the quiet-day rule so silence means something; (3) prune the config to what you’d defend out loud. Then ask the bot to self-grade its last three reports against the new rules — the gap it finds is usually the one you’d find, only faster.
